Managing Director & Founder

Hao founded Providence Equity Holdings with the mission to deliver purpose-driven investment return and lasting impact. Drawing on experience across private credit, property, and venture capital, Hao seeks to create value for clients found in structural inefficiencies and market complexity. Hao holds a Bachelor of Economics at University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Thomas Miller

Chief Technology Officer

Thomas is a pioneering solutions architect with 15+ years of delivering transformative blockchain and Web3 technologies across global markets. Thomas is a recognised thought leader in decentralised finance systems with proven track record of building enterprise-grade smart contract infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies. Thomas completed his PhD at Queensland University of Technology, where his research focused on translating advanced technology theory into practical, commercially deployable solutions.

Peter Wang CFA

Compliance Manager

Peter is responsible for compliance and assist in operations. Before moving into the private sector, Peter held roles in market risk management with major financial institutions. Peter’s responsibilities include market analysis and trading oversight for quantitative trading strategies in Asian equities, indices and options. Peter holds a Master of Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Applied Finance.

Corporate Advisor

Anthony is an experienced corporate strategy advisor who has worked with a number of growth companies in financial services, renewable energy, and technology. Anthony’s professional career started in equity research with global investment banks before moving into senior positions in strategic research and advice. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Economics at Macquarie University.
