Hao Zeng
Managing Director
Hao is the founder and Managing Director of Providence Equity Holdings. His experience spans private credit, venture investment and capital markets, the world the Provenance platform is built for. He leads the firm’s work giving wholesale managers a licensed route to market. Hao holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
Dr Thomas Miller
Chief Technology Officer
Thomas is a solutions architect with more than 18 years building enterprise-grade technology for large organisations. He leads development of the Provenance platform, the AI-native compliance and operations software behind the licensed service. Thomas completed his PhD at Queensland University of Technology, where his research focused on translating advanced technology into practical, commercially deployable solutions.
Anthony Passe-de-Silva
Corporate Advisor
Anthony is a corporate advisor and strategist who has advised growth companies across financial services, renewable energy and technology. This follows earlier experience at global investment banks. At Provenance he focuses on how corporate advisors and emerging managers reach wholesale investors under an established AFSL. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Economics from Macquarie University.
